I feel a great honor working with people. I take time to understand you. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client can offer a unique and secure space for potential healing. I view therapy as a collaborative process that can help create meaning of people's lived experiences.
I work with couples and individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Iām LGBTQIA+ affirming. I am also trained in EMDR, narrative therapy, DBT, Mind-Body Bridging, and CBT. I have worked closely with teens, Postpartum Depression, Grief and Loss, Faith and Transitions, and the HIV/AIDS community.
I use a non-directive, client-centered approach - meaning we will explore the reasons for entering therapy together in a non-judgmental space.
