Therapist

I'm a firm believer that everyone deserves to have a safe and nonjudgemental space to process what they're going through. I strive to provide that space for every one of my clients through empathy, validation, and evidence-based practices that help clients see actual results in their lives. I prefer to take a person-centered approach because YOU are the expert in your own life. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, sexual issues, grief, and trauma. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Narrative Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Grief and Loss Counseling, and Play Therapy. I worked for three years as a hospice social worker, where I developed a passion for working with grief and family dynamics.

The best part of my job is getting to know and work with people from all walks of life. I feel honored to walk with my clients through the hardest parts of their lives and work hard to ensure that each client is receiving the treatment they need and want.
